Thank you to Dustin, one of Nixwax’s newest signings, for Gottwood Presents 062. The fast rising Londoner has put together a fine selection of tracks ranging from early doors disco to peak time house.
Whilst his current sound is firmly rooted 4/4 scene, Dustin’s formative years were spent hooked on pirate radio, soundtracked by the hardcore and jungle frequencies pushed by legendary London stations Kool and Dream FM. After copping his first set of decks aged just 13, his preferences transitioned from drum ‘n’ bass to garage, and then later to the inescapable draw of the nascent dubstep scene. We’re looking forward to him heading down to Gottwood for the first time this year…
