The Line Up…

Gottwood FestivalNews

Today is a big day for Gottwood, and with it comes a big announcement – the Gottwood 2013 line up.

This years line up so far, is we feel, the biggest and most diverse yet. We have strayed away from booking the usual, and have spent endless hours selecting the rising stars of the underground as well as the the more established veterans of the scene.

From day one when Gottwood festival was first conceived in Berlin, our aim was to bring Traum and Extrawelt to the woods, this year it is finally going to happen. Extrawelt will be headlining the festival with a full analog live set, topping the minimal, sleazy and progressive Traum stage with Ryan Davis and Microtrauma hosted by Nottingham’s Wigflex crew.

Bristol’s Futureboogie will be joining us with a special appearance from Crazy P, Newcastle’s Jaunt are bringing the head honcho of Hessle Audio Ben UFO. Louche and Move D are taking the house reigns, veteran Luke Vibert along with Tom Demac will be helping Hypercolour bring a twisted take on the bass and house scene.

This year Tief go deeper than the last teaming up with Wolf Music, Bicep and KRL. On the bass front Hit&Run bring Manchester’s Marcus Intalex and Eton Messy bring Maribou State to the woods. Apogee host the very exciting Detroit Swindle and Cera Alba, Real Nice & E.T.A present Waze & Odyssey and strictly vinyl UK house and bass label Nixwax host Joonipah and Kris Le VayIdiosync, Boxford, Manipulate and The Sound of C will also all be in attendance with their on point residents and party vibes.

We’re going to let the line-up do the rest of the talking, but expect a bumpy, vibrant and genre-bending ride…

See you in the woods!
